How Does it Work?

- You can start using your mailbox address in the US or the UK as soon as you subscribe to Shop&Ship and receive your personal mailing address.
- Every item you receive at your mailing address will be scanned and the information will be uploaded on the system so you can know what is inside your mailbox.
- The packages and correspondence in your mailbox will be collected and forwarded to you within 5-7 business days.
- The moment your mailbox contents are shipped out, you will be able to monitor your shipment online until it arrives at the Aramex office in your city.
- Aramex will notify you via SMS messaging and/or telephone as soon as your mailbox contents arrive at your country of residence.

Terms & Conditions

A customer agrees that they will not use their Aramex Shop&Ship mailbox for any unlawful, illegitimate or fraudulent purpose prohibited by United States rules and regulations.
Aramex is not responsible or accountable for the failure of the US postal service and any other commercial service or postal authority to deliver on time. Aramex is also not responsible for any damage to or loss of any package or mail.
Aramex will terminate customers’ mailbox service for good cause at any time. Good cause shall include, but is not limited to:
- Using the mailbox service for illegal, unlawful purposes.
- Failing to pay outstanding balance owed to Aramex in return for mailbox services.
- Receiving unreasonable, suspicious amounts of mail or packages.
- If any of the terms and conditions in the Mailbox Service Agreement (MSA) are not adhered to.
- Once the Shop&Ship mailbox is terminated/cancelled, Aramex has the right to refuse any packages arriving at a customer’s mailbox after ending the contract.
Aramex is not responsible for any customs or duties incurred on any mailbox contents. Furthermore, Aramex is not responsible for penalties, loss or damage of mailbox contents while in possession of customs.
Aramex will not accept: certified, registered, insured packages or parcels delivered on a C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) basis; unless the customer pre-arranges with Aramex and pays for the C.O.D charges in advance.
Aramex is responsible for the customer’s mailbox contents only while it is within Aramex’s custody and control. Aramex’s LIABILITY IN ANY EVENT IS LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (US $ 100/=) OR ITS EQUIVALENT PER SHIPMENT as stated on the back of the Express/Air freight waybill.
