Germany Surcharge Update – Fiscal Representation & Import One-Stop Shop (FRDM & IOSS)

To ensure continued compliance with customs regulations and smooth clearance procedures in Germany, we would like to inform our customers of the following surcharges applicable to all business shipments destined for Germany and handled via our e-commerce services.

Applicable Charges (per House Air Waybill – HAWB):

·       Fiscal Representation Clearance Fee (FRDM): €6.42

·       Change of Incoterms from Delivered at Place to Fiscal Representation (DAP to FRDM): €12.60

·       Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) Clearance Fee: €1.50

These charges support the processing, customs clearance, and regulatory handling requirements associated with Fiscal Representation and Import One-Stop Shop shipment categories.

Effective Date: Immediately

Customers are encouraged to review their shipment profiles and pricing considerations accordingly. The above surcharges will apply to relevant shipments moving to Germany under the specified clearance and Incoterm conditions.
