Submit a business profile form
Aramex is open to helping new businesses in e-commerce with a wide range of customized solutions for shipping and delivery, supply chains, warehousing, customs clearance, and many more.
All you have to do is fill in and submit a form so that our representatives could contact you and offer the solutions that would suit your needs best.
To submit an e-commerce form:
- Log in with your regular profile or linked account, and all the information specified in your profile will appear in the form.
Alternatively, you can proceed without logging in.
- Go to Solutions & Service > E-commerce.
- On the page that opens, provide your contacts to receive the important information about Aramex new services and updates.
You can leave your phone number, and our representatives will contact you to clarify your needs.
- Provide information about your business profile:

- In the Customer profile section, provide information about your business: your name, company name, phone number, country, and address.
- Add address of your website and specify whether it is live. If not, specify the date of the website launch.
- Specify your account number if you have one or log in with your linked account, and this field will be added automatically.
- Click Next.

- In the Contact person(s) section, specify the name, title, phone or mobile number, and email of your contact person, and then click Add.
You can add as many contact persons as needed.
- Specify the name and email of a person who can provide information on technical details of your business.
- Click Next.

- In the Products, markets, and e-commerce model section, select the description of your business.
- Enlist top 5 items sold online and top 5 countries that buy from you most.
- Select the current target market.
- Click Next.

- In the Payment process section, specify the percentage of payment types; by credit cards, in cash upon delivery, and the others.
- Click Next.

- In the Logistics section, describe the peculiarities of your stocking processes and location.
- Add number of your suppliers, enlist top 5 their locations, and describe in which way you and your suppliers integrate your services.
- Describe your warehousing needs.
- Click Next.

- In the Pickup process section, describe the needed pickup location.
- Specify whether any processes after pickup are needed, and if yes, enlist which one.
- Click Next.

- In the Return policy and order cancellation section, specify whether you maintain return policy and whether you expect any cancellation after items collection.
- Click Next.

- In the Additional information section, add any comments if needed.
- Select the date, and then enter the security code.
- Click Submit.
Your form is created, and all you have to do is wait for our representatives to contact you.
