Track pickup requests

You can easily track the current status of your:

  • Pickup requests
  • Import requests (reference number starts with IM).

To track a pickup request:

  1. Log in, and then go to the Track Pickup Requests page.

  1. (If you have a linked account) Under Your Active Account, choose the account related to the needed pickup or import request.
  1. Under Track A Pickup Request, choose the time period when the pickup or import request was scheduled.

Optionally, in Collection reference, enter a full reference number of the needed pickup or import request.

  1. Click Track.

You can view the list of all pickup and import requests that:

  • Are related to the selected account or any of its linked accounts, and
  • Match the selected search parameters.

You can now do the following:

  1. To download information about all requests in the search results, click Export To An .Xls File.
  2. To view more information about a pickup or import request, in the search results, click its Reference number.
  3. To view more information about a shipment related to a pickup request, in the search results, click the shipment AWB number.
