If I have a claim for a lost or damaged shipment protected under Shield Service, how long will Aramex take to respond to me after filing the claim?
Within 30 business days of receiving the Shield protected claim, and receipt of supporting documentation identified under test below, Aramex will, for a straight-forward claim, confirm whether the claim is admissible, and the following information:
- If the claim is admissible, the compensation amount will be determined; or
- If the claim is not admissible, a reason for rejection of claim will be provided.
