Following the developments related to COVID-19, we would like to inform you that we are working around the clock to ensure that there are minimal delays and interruptions of our services.

We are closely monitoring the new regulations and policies set by government and transportation authorities which may have an impact on our normal operations, and we will keep you updated.

The health and safety of your team members and ours are very important to us, and we are taking the necessary health and safety measures to ensure we continue to serve you with zero compromise on the well-inbeing of all parties.

We will also continue to closely monitor and follow the recommendations of the World Health Organization and local public health authorities.

Aramex recognizes the important role it plays in providing seamless and secure logistics and transportation services critical to you and your business.

As we navigate through this rapidly evolving situation, we want to share with you the necessary measures we have taken at Aramex to minimize health and safety risks, while ensuring limited disruption to our services. These practices are consistently being reviewed by our crisis management team, in line with the guidance of the World Health Organization (WHO), local government agencies and public health authorities.

Crisis Management
  • We have activated our Crisis Management teams across the various offices and stations, who have been trained to deal with any possible scenario.
  • Our existing Business Continuity Management framework equips us with the ability to overcome the loss of key facilities, assets, equipment or personnel.
Hygiene and Safety
  • We continue to provide multiple awareness campaigns and trainings for our employees across the network to highlight the steps that need to be taken to reduce the spread of the Covid-19.
  • We have enhanced hygiene and sanitations across our operations:
    • This includes provisions of personal hand sanitizers for ground and customer-facing couriers.
    • We have also established regular cycles of sanitation and disinfection of workplaces.
  • We are conducting regular temperature checks and health screenings for all employees across all divisions including our couriers.
  • To encourage social distancing, we have rolled out smart work arrangements that allow some staff to work from home.
  • We have implemented travel restriction policies for all travel.
  • We have moved all meetings with visitors and external parties to be conducted via virtual platforms.
