Customer Service Charter Payment Method

1. Monthly Invoices 
If you are a corporate user and have an account with Aramex, you will receive monthly invoices for your shipments. You can pay in cash or in bank cheques; and we can arrange for a member of our credit team to pass by your offices to collect the invoice amount. 

2. Cash 
You can pay for your shipment in cash by visiting an Aramex outlet. Or, when scheduling a pickup online, one of our couriers will pass by to collect the shipment and shipping charges. 

3. Credit Card
You can use your Visa or MasterCard to pay for shipments created on aramex.com, or by visiting an Aramex Outlet as shown below:
