Request an account PIN

If you want to link your profile with a CRM account, you need to request a PIN first.

To request an account PIN:

  1. Log in to
  2. On the Dashboard page that opens, go to the Accounts tab.
  3. In the Request account PIN section, fill in the Description field, and click Submit.

This will create a customer service request for the concerned team who will send the account PIN to your email address specified when signing up. You can view it in the list of your customer service requests.
