View requests

With your regular profile or linked account, you can easily track your requests to the Customer support and view their progress.

If you don't have a regular aramex.com profile or a linked account, you still can create Customer support requests and receive updates on their status on your email address. Also, you can sign up for a regular profile and enjoy all the benefits of aramex.com from your Dashboard.

To view a request

  1. Log in with your regular aramex.com profile or a linked account.
  2. On the Dashboard page, click Support requests.

On the page that opens, view the list of all your submitted complaints, requests, and suggestions. If a list is too long, you can search for a specific request.

  1. Click the needed requests, and its details—subcategory, description, status, and more—will appear.
