Search for a shipment

With your regular profile or linked account, you can view the shipments you prepared and decide what to do with them next. Depending on the shipment status, you can do the following:

• Draft shipments can be edited, deleted, and confirmed.
• Ready for pickup shipments can be handed over to a courier, scheduled a pickup, and have their labels printed.

To search for a shipment:

1. Log in and on the Dashboard page, go to Shipments.
2. On the page that opens, click Prepared shipments, and start adding search criteria.

You can search your shipment by its number, reference, shipment type, delivery period, and status.

The more criteria you add, the more specific results you will get.

3. After you finished adding search information, click Search.

The results appear in the list below. Now, you can manage your shipments as needed.
