Confirm a shipment

After you finished preparing a shipment draft, you can set up your notifications and confirm it. Shipment confirmation means that a shipment receives its air waybill number and is ready for a pickup.

Also, you still can edit and delete the shipment draft. After confirmation, you cannot edit and delete.

To confirm a shipment:

  1. Log in and on the Dashboard page, go to Shipments.
  2. On the page that opens, click Prepared shipments, and search for a needed shipment.
Note You can confirm the shipments with the Draft status only.
  1. In the list of search results, click the needed shipment and view its details.

You still can edit the shipment details.

  1. After you made sure that all the shipment details are correct, click Confirm shipment.

Your shipment now has an air waybill number. You can view its details and selected notifications as well as print its label, schedule a pickup, and download an invoice.
