The monthly fuel surcharge is based on the U.S. Gulf Coast (USGC) index price for kerosene-type jet fuel reported by the U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA) and is determined two weeks prior to the first Monday of each month, rounded to the nearest cent. For example, the surcharge applied in February 2017 is based on the rounded figure of the (USGC) Jet Fuel Price reported by the EIA for the week of January 23, 2017
