How do I track my pickup?
Of course! You can track your pickup using the reference number to see when the courier will arrive to collect your shipment. Just log in to your account, go to the "Track Pickup Requests" page, and enter your pickup reference on Aramex.com. You'll also get an email with a link to aramexConnect, where you can view or update the pickup date and status.
We’re excited to help you! To arrange a pickup for your shipment, just go to the dashboard and click on "Schedule a Pickup." Then, provide the pickup address and expand the "Pickup Details" menu. You’ll need to fill in info about your shipment, like the number of items, whether they’re domestic or international, the type of vehicle needed based on the size of your shipment, and the time window when your shipment will be ready for pickup. Once everything's set, just click "Save" to complete your request!
For all international shipments, it's a must to include the Airwaybill, complete address, and Zip code (if required by the destination country), along with any other necessary shipping documents, like a copy of the shipper’s ID, the shipment invoice, and a packing list if available. Some destinations may have extra requirements, such as a copy of the consignee’s ID, KYC (Know Your Customer) info, and COO (Certificate of Origin) certificates. The shipper is responsible for providing all the required documents to ensure the shipment moves forward smoothly.

You can select to add the shield service when creating your shipping request with Aramex. The terms and conditions for the shield service are available on our website.
International shipments have varying estimated arrival times based on factors such as the origin and destination, the contents of the shipment, and the delivery area.
To ensure safety while shipping parcels, Aramex discourages the shipment of prohibited, restricted, and dangerous items to any destination. You can download and read our list of Prohibited and Restricted Items for more information. Also, some countries have additional restrictions, prohibitions, and acceptance processes for certain commodities. Please refer to the Customs Information page to check the prohibited/restricted items by country.
After creating your shipping request, you should properly pack your shipment and prepare all necessary shipping documents to attach, such as the shipment Airwaybill, invoice, a copy of the shipper's ID, and any other required documents.
