Create a request

aramex.com presents to you a direct and flexible way to communicate any your inquiry, complaint, or suggestion. You can submit a request to the Customer support team and expect a quick response to it.

To create a request:

  1. Go to Help & Support > Customer support.
  2. On the Customer support page, click one of the following options:
  • Submit a support request
  • Submit a complaint
  • Share a suggestion

If you don't have a regular profile, add your personal information and email, so we could send you updates on your requests.

If you have a regular profile or a linked account, log in to view the progress of your requests in the Support requests section of your Dashboard.

  1. On the page that opens, select a category and subcategory to which your request relates.

You may also need to enter a confirmation code (for example, Captcha text).

  1. Provide the subject and description of your request and click Submit.

A new support request is created, and now you can wait until a representative of the aramex.com Customer support contacts you.

If you have a regular profile or linked accountClosedYou can view and update your help requests on your Dashboard.

If you don't have a regular profile or a linked accountClosedYou can access your request by following the link that will be sent to your email. Also, you can sign up for a regular profile and enjoy all the benefits of aramex.com from your Dashboard.
