VAT charges will be Applied on all Aramex Services in the United Arab Emirates

In accordance with the Federal Decree Law No. 8 of 2017 for value added tax issued on 23 August 2017, and subject to its final executive regulations, Aramex Emirates LLC (“Aramex”) will charge VAT at the applicable rate on all services provided by Aramex to your entity in UAE, effective from 1 January 2018, VAT will be charged in addition to the agreed contractual prices and rates and will be paid to the Federal Tax Authority in compliance with the UAE VAT legislation.
