Can I change the delivery address?
Of course! You can totally update the delivery address! If the shipment’s already on its way, we’ll just reschedule the delivery. If it hasn’t been sent out yet, we’ll reroute it to the new address!
Shipments may occasionally be delayed due to factors like airline delays, weather conditions at the origin or destination, customs inspections, or some missing information. To check the accurate reason for the delay, you have to track your shipment on our website or the Aramex application. 
Tracking status gives you the latest details on where your shipment is and its current status, including where it’s arrived, reached, or been processed.

You can pay the charges online through our website or app using your shipment details. Alternatively, you can pay in cash to our delivery representative, or when visiting our outlets, you can pay either in cash or by card.
When shipping internationally, you’ll need to generate an Air Waybill (also called a Waybill or AWB). This essential document includes important information and instructions about your shipment, allowing machines, couriers, and customs officials to process and track it. Equally important, the AWB serves as proof of ownership of the package, based on the sender and recipient details, as well as the package information.
You can request that your package be left with a neighbor or held until you're back in town. Just keep in mind that if the holding period expires, Aramex may return, destroy, or discard the package according to our policy. So be sure to let us know in advance!
Shipments from any origin usually take 2-3 working days to be assigned to your account, except for shipments from France (which take 4 working days) and Tokyo (which take 10 working days).
Typically, it takes 3-6 working days for a shipment to reach its destination after being dispatched from the origin.
It’s a service designed for transporting heavy shipments weighing over 50 kilograms. These shipments require more handling and are typically less time-sensitive than express shipments.
