I won't be in the Country. Can I put a hold on my deliveries?
You can request that your package be left with a neighbor or held until you're back in town. Just keep in mind that if the holding period expires, Aramex may return, destroy, or discard the package according to our policy. So be sure to let us know in advance!
Shipments from any origin usually take 2-3 working days to be assigned to your account, except for shipments from France (which take 4 working days) and Tokyo (which take 10 working days).
Typically, it takes 3-6 working days for a shipment to reach its destination after being dispatched from the origin.
It’s a service designed for transporting heavy shipments weighing over 50 kilograms. These shipments require more handling and are typically less time-sensitive than express shipments.
We can absolutely ship your packages! For Express service, the weight should not exceed 30 kg, and the maximum dimensions for a single piece are 110x85x85 cm. If your shipment is a bit larger, no problem! Just contact our customer service team, and they’ll assist you with switching to freight shipping.
Even though shipping insurance/shield is optional, it’s a great way to have peace of mind in case something goes wrong, like delays, damage, or theft. It lets you quickly send a replacement to your customer without breaking the bank!
It depends – each country has its own list of restricted items to regulate goods crossing its borders. It might include things like certain liquids, hazardous materials, and medicines. You’ll need to check the rules for your shipment’s origin and destination countries. Each separate shipment will require an individual license. 
Commercial Invoices record completed transactions and serve as official documents for payment. Pro-forma Invoices serve as estimates or bids and give potential customers a general idea of projected prices.
A Commercial Invoice is a key part of the shipping documentation you’ll need when shipping internationally. It acts as a customs declaration for goods being shipped across borders and contains information – such as the value and country of origin – that will help customs authorities calculate the taxes and duties due, and who is responsible for paying them.
