You choose which methods to enable. Customers can return via home pickup, drop‑off at Aramex locations, or postal returns, depending on what you activate in the portal.
How long does it take to go live?
Most retailers can launch in as little as 3 weeks. Once onboarding starts, your branded portal is configured, tested, and prepared for production with minimal disruption to your team.
Can the returns portal match my brand?
